This website is aimed at anyone who is looking for educational facilities within UAE.

- i. FSEMS is only working as a bridge and facilitating interaction between education seekers and education providers. By using this website as an education provider, you understand that you are fully responsible for the information you are providing.

The website gives you two options: a basic version option in which we put standard information about every education provider free of cost and a premium version option in which you as an education provider get a chance to put in additional information such as files, images videos, power point presentation and more.
- iii. In the basic version you will get an email from us, and you should carefully check basic information listed about you and correct it or notify us anything about the changes you need within 30-days. Otherwise, we shall assume the published information to be correct.
- iv. In the premium version you are fully responsible for all the information you put in as well as the basic information put in by us subject to sub-clause (iii) above.

When we put basic information about your educational institution, we may put in any rating available from publicly available sources. If you wish to promote you can take a premium version and tell your story the way you want and, in that case, you are fully responsible for all the information that you put in.

- d. One individual school/educational institution is allowed to register only one account on the website. If you have more than one branch of your school/educational institution, you must create a separate account for each branch.

IF THIS WEBSITE ALLOWS A USER TO COME TO THE WEBSITE OF YOUR SCHOOL/EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AND DO A FINANCIAL TRANSACTION WE ARE ONLY FACILITATING THE TRANSACTION AND ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.

a. As clearly stated in Clause 1, FSEMS is only working as a bridge between schools and parents to facilitate exchange of information and shall NOT be responsible for any losses.
b. Further, FSEMS liability with these terms and use of your website is strictly limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly attributable to your use of the website. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time of use of the website.
12. Dispute resolution
a. All disputes arising under this agreement shall first attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion between the parties
b. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion it shall be resolved by resorting to compulsory and binding arbitration through an arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties and if the parties cannot agree on choice of arbitrator than as per Article 36 of UAE Arbitration Law.
c. Any appeal to the award of arbitrator shall be governed by UAE Laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of Dubai Courts only.
